Terms & Conditions

The following terms, when used throughout this document, carry the meanings assigned to them below. Understanding these definitions is essential to interpreting your rights and obligations as a qq212 member.

Access to qq212 and the use of any of its services is conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy every criterion at the time of registration and must continue to satisfy them for as long as your account remains active.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. qq212 strictly enforces its 21+ policy. Any attempt to register using false age information will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held within the account.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the platform from within Indonesia. Members accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally incapacitated or acting under guardianship are not eligible to register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active qq212 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under aliases — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntary (initiated through qq212's responsible gaming tools) or as required by a regulatory body. Registering a new account while under self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
• Non-Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of qq212 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold active Member accounts or place wagers on the platform.

To access qq212's full range of services, you must complete the registration process at qq212 Login. Registration is free of charge. By submitting your registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

The following information is required at registration:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document)
• Date of birth (to verify the 21+ age requirement)
• Valid email address (used for account communications and security alerts)
• Mobile phone number registered in Indonesia (used for two-factor authentication)
• Preferred Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal processing
• A chosen username and a secure password meeting qq212's minimum complexity requirements

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. qq212 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

qq212 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts detected through technical or manual review will be merged or closed at qq212's sole discretion, with balances handled in accordance with the fraud-prevention provisions in Clause 7.

All financial transactions on qq212 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). qq212 does not charge Members a platform fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which qq212 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposit terms:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000
• Deposits are credited to your qq212 wallet within minutes of confirmed bank or e-wallet clearance.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• qq212 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified against the registered account holder's identity.

Withdrawal terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000
• Withdrawals are processed to the verified bank account or e-wallet associated with the Member's qq212 account.
• The vast majority of withdrawals to Indonesian banks and e-wallets are processed within one hour of approval during standard operating hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before a Member's first withdrawal is processed. See Clause 3 for identity verification requirements.
• Withdrawals to payment methods not matching the Member's verified name will be declined for security reasons.
• During peak periods — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day — processing times may be marginally extended. qq212 deploys additional support resources during these periods to minimise any delay.

qq212 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to the general rules set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and this clause, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount a Member must wager before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games and sportsbook bets typically contribute 100%. Certain slot titles and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are detailed on each promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry are forfeited automatically without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Members may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the previous bonus and its associated wagering progress.
• Abuse Prevention: qq212 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee profit, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or placing opposing bets across accounts.
• Seasonal Promotions: qq212 runs seasonal promotions aligned with major Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Chinese New Year (Imlek). Promotional terms specific to each event are published in advance on the platform.

The following general rules govern all wagers placed on qq212. Product-specific rules — covering sportsbook, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), crash games, and other verticals — are published in the relevant product help sections within the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is only deemed accepted once a confirmation reference number has been issued to the Member. qq212 reserves the right to decline any bet prior to confirmation without providing a reason.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Limits may vary by market, event, and Member account tier.
• Odds and Prices: All displayed odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. In the event of a price change between the time of a bet request and the time of confirmation, qq212 will either accept the bet at the new price or decline the bet and return the stake to the Member's wallet.
• Void Bets: A bet will be voided — and the stake returned — if an event is cancelled, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant governing body, or if the bet was accepted in error due to a system fault or manifest pricing error.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at qq212's discretion. Bets accepted prior to a suspension are honoured; bets submitted during a suspension are not accepted.
• Integrity: qq212 monitors all betting activity for indicators of match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated suspicious betting. Any account found to have placed wagers based on such information will be suspended and winnings voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qq212 and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions. qq212 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities — upon detection of any prohibited conduct.

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, IP address, or device
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification
• Using the platform while under the age of 21
• Using the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to defraud qq212 or other players
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using qq212 as a vehicle
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your qq212 account or login credentials to any third party
• Placing bets with knowledge of inside information regarding the outcome of an event
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or degrades the experience of other Members

qq212 is committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour and providing effective tools to help Members stay in control of their gaming activity. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity; it should never be treated as a source of income or a mechanism for resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members at no charge from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your qq212 wallet.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure automatic reminders that notify you after a specified duration of continuous platform activity.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from betting activity for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from qq212. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months. All pending withdrawals are processed; remaining balances are returned to the Member's verified bank account.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net wagering activity to support informed decision-making.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include:

• The right to reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any part of the qq212 platform
• The right to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any qq212 software
• The right to create derivative works based on qq212's content or design
• The right to use qq212's brand name or logo in any context without prior written consent

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is governed by that studio's own licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qq212's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

qq212 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or anticipated savings
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• Platform downtime or service interruptions resulting from scheduled maintenance, Force Majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials
• The actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by Indonesian banks or e-wallet operators
• Any tax liability incurred by a Member as a result of winnings or bonuses received through the platform

Nothing in this clause shall limit qq212's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Indonesian or applicable international law.

qq212 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point
• The account has been used for or is suspected to be involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct
• A chargeback has been initiated by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider against a deposit transaction
• Continued operation of the account poses a compliance or reputational risk to qq212

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, qq212 will make reasonable efforts to notify the Member by email within 48 hours of the suspension. Where a Member account is terminated for cause, qq212 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Balances determined to be legitimately owned by the Member will be returned to the Member's verified bank account within 30 days of investigation conclusion, unless subject to a legal hold.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. All real-money balances will be returned to the Member's verified bank account within five (5) business days of account closure confirmation, provided all KYC obligations have been met.

qq212 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published at https://qq212.pro/terms-conditions and will become effective immediately upon publication, unless a later effective date is specified in the update notice.

Where changes are material — such as alterations to withdrawal limits, wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — qq212 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by email to all registered Members. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

Members who do not agree with a proposed amendment are encouraged to voluntarily close their account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendment takes effect. qq212 will not charge a fee for account closure in this circumstance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming regulation. qq212 operates under an international gaming licence and applies compliance standards consistent with regulated markets.

In the event of a dispute between qq212 and a Member, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Members are encouraged to raise disputes in the first instance through the platform's support channels. qq212 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
